  • Step 1

    Wash all ingredients, cut parsley into sections, cut carrots and apples into large pieces.

  • Step 2

    Boil all the ingredients in water and reduce the heat to a simmer for about 1.5 hours.

  • Step 3

    Drain the vegetables, even the stock.

Carrot, mushroom, bean sprouts with sesame oil, ginger sauteed seasoning is another dish.
