  • Step 1

    Wash and cut the meat into thick slices and place them in the marinade for 5 minutes. Wash and cut the shrimp and squid

    Cut the bamboo shoots into sections

  • Step 3

    Onion, ginger and garlic ready

  • Step 4

    Heat 2 bowls of water in the pot. Boil the bamboo shoots. Turn off the heat and put them in the container

    Put the salted meat, shrimp and squid into the boiling water and cook them for 7 minutes

  • Step 6

    Add stock and wet seasoning to a pot and bring to a boil

  • Step 7

    Set the soup on the bamboo shoots. Sprinkle with the dry ingredients

  • Step 8

    Pour a little oil into a clean pan. Pour over dry ingredients and serve
