    Step 1

    Wash the chicken feet and cut them into pieces. Add the Chinese prickly ash, star anise and ginger

Marinate for more than 4 hours

小窍门

Lemon or small green orange must eat before put, put bitterness when pickled will go into the feet of the chicken, did not buy saccharin can buy the market up good multi-flavor vinegar! Or use sugar instead, it just doesn't taste that good!
