|Step 1: Buttermilk (mix well first and let stand for 15 minutes)|

|Red kojic rice powder||5 g|
|Acid solution (mix again when needed)|
|Baking soda||2.5 ml|
|White vinegar,||7.5 ml|
|Cream cheese||75 g|
Beat the butter with sugar and divide the eggs.
Add 1/3 Buttermilk and mix well. Add a third of the sifted powder, and so on. Finally, add the baking soda and white vinegar mixture (add immediately after mixing).
Cool and slice the dough. Bake the top cake at 170 degrees for 5 minutes.
