Gently crush the grapes and place in a glass with the crushed grape pulp and juice.
Add wine (red or white) and a moderate amount of syrup. Do not add too much syrup to mask the original flavor of the wine.
Fill with crushed ice and pour in the black tea. Stir gently. Finally, decorate with grapes.
