Shallots(red onion) 2 pieces (finely chopped)
Butter (Butter) 4 Tsp.(4 tablespoons, about 1/2 bar or 70g)
Blue Cheese(Blue Cheese Gorgonzola Dolce) 6 onces (6盎司,,大約170 cc)
Heavy cream 1/2 cup(半杯)
Pepper 1/4 tsp.(1/4 茶匙)
  • Step 1

    Mince the red Onions. Use a knife to break the blue cheese

  • Step 2

    In a small saucepan, saute the chopped red Onions in butter for about 5 minutes. Do not burn them. Turn low heat and add the blue cheese
