Chicken wings washed dry water, ginger and garlic slices, cut into sections;
Pot heat into the oil, Fried ginger and garlic slices and dried chilli, pour in the wings stir fry, if the wings in the stir fry time to a little longer;
Pour in lee kum kee's secret sauce and water, put in the knot, cover the pot and simmer for about 20 minutes;
Remove the lid, drain and dish.
Lee kum kee's secret sauce stewed in brown sauce tastes good enough, basic sugar, soy sauce and salt are no longer needed, really convenient.
