Eggs + sugar, beaten (no need to beat)
Melt the butter into a liquid (burn or microwave for 30 seconds) and add to the egg mixture.
Add the flour and mix well. To form a thick batter. (a little black sesame is excellent)
Put the pan on the stove. Hold the fire for a moment. Take a small spoon of batter and place it in the middle of the pan.
Turn the pan in your hand to turn the batter to a thin layer at the bottom.
Turn on a low heat and heat until the egg rolls are slightly browned on one side and the bottom of the pan is lifted off and turned over.
When you're done, rinse and dry the pan with cold water, then move on to the next one until you're done.
If you want to make an omelet, pour the omelet onto a clean cutting board and use a chopstick to quickly roll it into an omelet shape.
