First, mix the dry ingredients: mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, coconut milk, and salt.
Then melt the coconut oil in warm water. Mix the coconut oil with the egg. Sift in the powdered sugar and stir well.
Pour the dry ingredients from step 1 into the wet ingredients and mix well to form a dough. Coconut oil tends to set in winter, so don't stir too slowly.
Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Divide the dough into about 22g pieces, knead and flatten them, and arrange them in a baking sheet. I made a plate of 15 cookies.
