Hangzhou cabbage bubble water in addition to sediment, after washing the lishui. Dry anchovy in water for 20 minutes.
Remove the old root and cut into large pieces.
Dry up the water with kitchen paper. Heat the pan up to 180 degrees. Deep fry the dried anchovy.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic to a frying pan. Add 100cc of stock and chopped cabbage.
Add 14 tablespoons of salt and mix well.
Add chopped dried anchovy. Mix well and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
