Add 20 grams of sugar, 35 grams of oil and 70 grams of milk into the egg yolk
Sift in 90g of low flour, add blueberry jam and mix well.
Add a few drops of vinegar to the egg whites. Add 40 grams of sugar in three batches.
Mix the egg whites and egg yolks. Pour the cake batter into a baking tin.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cook the third layer of the cake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool
Pour the cake batter into the baking sheet. Coat the dried blueberry with a little powder and sprinkle evenly over the cake batter.
